are wholesale, LCL, outbound, ocean freight rates and are available

to Ocean Transport Intermediaries/Foreign Freight Forwarders
with an OTI/NVOCC bond and tariff on file with the Federal
Maritime Commission. A signed Carrier
to Carrier Agreement must be on file with Primary Freight
Services.
